One of my favorite recipes from my mom. I'm so glad my sister got them all and scanned them into her computer. She was able to email it to me moments after I asked her if she had it.

Alice was so surprised when she ate it because it is so similar to one of her favorite Chinese dishes. When she told us about it, Amanda and I looked at each other and said, simultaneously, "Marco Polo!"
